Unrealistic: The pill works by making your body think you are already pregnant.Some can be used to stop periods for months or years at a time, with close monitoring, and that is at least working in harmony with your body. To eliminate it otherwise, you could remove the uterus or they can do an ablation (remove the inner wall of your uterus were periods originate).Both are surgery and permanent sterilization.
