Nipple Discharge: This should be evaluated as soon as possible. It could be related to your cycles or medications, but it also could be something more serious. I am a strong believer that breast discharges should not be ignored. Please see your doctor right away.

Not normal: A nipple discharge is not normal and should always be checked by a doctor. The exceptions would of course be in late pregnancy or while breast-feeding, and also it's common for long-distance runners to get nipple irritation and potentially a discharge from continuous rubbing against the shirt/bra.
