Infection: Best to go back to who treated you a week ago for chlamydia. May still have residual symptoms or possible yeast infection.

Vaginal discharge: This could be a yeast infection or bacterial vaginosis, overgrowth of mostly normal vaginal bacteria. Itching fits better with yeast and "milky" discharge with BV, but absence of odor is against BV. Possibly just resolving discharge due to chlamydia. If it lasts another few days and/or still concerned, return to the doctor or clinic where you were treated. No sex until then. Good luck!
