I am 7 days late on my period and i took a pregnancy test and it was negative but i'm on the medication ampicillin. what should i do?

Can retest in a week: In such a situation, if a normal-looking period doesn't appear in a week, one can do another home pregnancy in 1 week. If still negative then, and if one has no other symptoms, she could call her doctor or just wait a 2-3 weeks to see if the next period comes.
