How to figure out why the lower right side of my back is hurting?

Many reasons: There are many things that could cause pain in the region of your back. Sometimes a problem with your spine but could also be another joint or even referred pain from an internal organ. What it is may be better defined by any other symptoms. Best to seek evaluation if not improving soon.
