Itchy nipple: hello ~ some times with your periods there is some generalised gain of fluid and the ankles can swell and I guess you can get some engorgement of the nipples to make them itchy. If there is no rash, no d/c just apply a moisturizing cream like Lubriderm and try not to scratch. thanks
