Pain...: Sharp pain should be evaluated by your physician. Given that this pain started the day after intercourse it is unlikely it has anything to do with pregnancy (at least from THAT sexual encounter - all bets are off if their has been previous intercourse). Pregnancy, STDs, Ovarian cysts, torsion (an emergency!), and too many other things to mention can all lead to pain - be examined!
