Maybe: You need to consult a GI doctor or surgeon to get meds to try.to reduce the size of the hemorrhoids. If there is little that can be done , then you can get these done as outpatient and have the hemorrhoids banded. This is much easier as this can be done with just mild sedation. Best wishes.
