When you yell or: scream you increase the intrathoracic pressure which decreases venous return. Blood flow back into your chest and heart is decreased. This results in a decrease in blood circulating to your head and makes you dizzy. Catecholamine release (fight or flight response) causes nausea. This regulates too quickly for you to be able to appreciate the pulse and blood pressure changes that are occurring.
