Don't think so: Chlamydia isn't known to cause nausea as its only symptom or its main symptom. One's primary care doctor can help look for other causes of intermittent nausea. There are many, many possible causes of nausea. A helpful thing to do is to write down on a calendar: when the nausea happens, how long it lasts, what meds are used, what foods are eaten, etc..., and take the calendar diary to the doctor.
