I was treated for chlamydia and gonnoreah with a shot and single dose azythromycin of 1g. it has been 7 days since treatment and i still have a white discharge upon awakening in the morning. is this normal or am i still infected?

Maybe all OK: You were treated correctly for gonorrhea and/or chlamydia. Discharge usually improves within a week, but it can take 10 days to clear entirely. If the discharge is improving, i.e. less than before treatment, give it a few more days. If no better at all, or if you had sex again and possibly reexposed, return to the doctor or clinic tomorrow (Monday). No sex for the time being.
