Herpes, folliculitis: Not enough information. Genital herpes is a consideration, but unlikely unless it started as red bumps then clear fluid blisters that then turned to pus. Maybe folliculitis. Dermatitis or allergic reaction of some sort. Yeast/fungal infection. Not knowing the cause, no way to recommend treatment. See a doctor or clinic. Do it ASAP: f herpes, diagnosis must be soon and treatment started promptly.
