Follow-up: You should follow up with your gynecologist for an evaluation to see what's going on. Generally, surgical abortions have very few complications. However, after any procedure, there is a risk of infection. But 7 months later, this seems like something else is going on. Hope that helps!

If it has been like: 7 months, then this is likely to be a separate issue from the abortion in April. It may be infection, or irregular spotting, or another miscarriage. Please see a healthcare provider for proper diagnosis and treatment. Thanks for trusting in HealthTap.
