Bartholin gland inf.: It is probably a Bartholin gland infection(abscess) and needs evaluation and Rx by a GYN MD.

Possible infection: or Bartholin gland cyst. If it does not improve on its own in 2-3 days, then you need to take her to the GYN or family physician for proper diagnosis and treatment. Thanks for trusting in HealthTap.
