Residual pain: Often there can be some residual pain from being operated on that will diminish over the next few weeks. Often pain that has lasted this long is due to nerves that may have been injured. However, this could also be a warning sign that something else might be going on. Best to have it checked out tomorrow when you see your doctor. Hope that helps!

Wait til tomorrow: Without knowing the extent of the surgery on your thigh,it is difficult to evaluate if the pain and throbbing is simply part of the healing profess or if there is a problem. Regardless, you are having the sutures removed tomorrow and the doctor can evaluate the wound and decide.
