Diarrhea: Most likely the diarrhea is part of a viral infection which should resolve after a week and no specific treatment is needed,but avoid harsh roughage in your diet and take kaopectate (kaolin and pectin) as needed. If diarrhea lasts much longer than a week, consult your physician who may order a stool culture to rule out other pathogens which may require specific treatment.
