Treat the crohn: Usually peri Rectal fistula secondary to crohn will eventually heal if the crohn is under control. If that is the case do not worry. But at the same time if the fistula continue to act up it means the crohn is not under control and you need treatment. Make sure you follow with your GI doctor and follow their instructions
