38 weeks edema/H/A: Left side swells more often than right; may be compressed due to overyling right iliac arteries ,but may consider doppler u/s ( no radiation) to check for clot. Check CBC/ platelets/TSH/ glucose and urine for protein. RBC, urine protein/ creatinine ratio, liver enzymes (HELLP) .BP can be normal but is it in line with what your BP was during pregnancy? May be sinusitis as well Call MD/ F/U today
