See a dermatologist: Your age? Normal menstruation? Birth control or pregnancy? Any meds? Probably start with spironolactone pills and tretinoin cream, maybe add doxycycline, go to oral isotretinoin if not better in 3 months. Should look good in 3 to 5 months. Some birth control makes acne worse, some make it better.
