Infection : Sounds like you are coming down with either a upper respiratory virus or bacteria causing stuffiness and sore throat. It hasn't developed enough to know what it is. As for the neck stiffness, start taking some Naproxen or Ibuprofen combined with Tylenol (acetaminophen). In a few days you will have a better idea if it's a cold, sinusitis, or a sore throat.
