Pudendal neuropathy: Clitoral pain is due to a neuropathy of the anterior branch of the pudendal nerve. It can be the result of trauma such as horseback riding, violent stimulation or tight clothes. Most often the exact cause is unknown. Treatment may include medication and in some cases nerve blocks. See > http://bit.ly/21cIJDf
