I was trying to understand if i should be concerned that chlamydia symptoms have not abated since thurs evening having taken suprax400 and 1g of azithromycin at that time... and now sunday afternoon. should i have taken different dosage? other meds? very

Maybe concerned...: If definitely chlamydia (positive test) or nongonococcal urethritis (NGU), discharge or other symptoms should be improved, but 7-10 days to clear entirely. If you actually had gonorrhea, it's possible treatment was inadequate; cefixime (Suprax®) usually is OK but no longer the recommended treatment. Recheck w/ your doctor or clinic ASAP if symptoms not improved, or if still any symptoms at 1 week.
