Bartholin's Gland?: Without an exam, it would be hard to tell you what this is. There are many possible causes. For example, The Bartholin's glands are in this area and can sometimes swell and form a cyst. If you want to know what it is, you will need to see your Gyn and get an exam. Best wishes!
