? Chronic rhinitis: Can be due to allergies or some chronic inflammation, allergy can be due to any of the environmental allergens around, at any rate you need to be examined, your treatment and drug history taken, start with your PCP who may refer you to an ENT for further examination, if you can use saline nasal washes more often, that will help
