Not really : Implantation bleeding occurs a few days after conception (in the rare cases that it occurs at all). If you are bleeding on the day before you start your period this is most likely your period. If you are unsure though you can always take a home pregnancy test. There is no reason to stress about it. You can have your answer in minutes.
