Tell your PCP: No one needs to tolerate abusive behavior. Talk to your PCP about this on next visit. He /she will be able to advise you and perhaps talk to your husband.

Seek help: We all deserve some dignity irrespective of our life impediment. Some states have hot lines to call to report abuse confidentially and may offer some support. You can also report abuse to your health care provider or hospital. Good luck
