Always Side Effects: Both together may increase side effects such as drowsiness,blurred vision,dry mouth,heat intolerance, flushing, decreased sweating, difficulty urinating, abdominal cramping, constipation,rapid heart beats, confusion,& memory problems.These more likely to occur in your age group. Obviously this may affect your quality of life so discuss this all with your doctor. There are other meds for nausea.
