I've been on depo since aug. 17, 2015 and the end of sept. i started bleeding. i received my second shot nov. 9, 2015, i'm still bleeding.

Common side effect: This is a frequent problem with the Depo shot, especially when first starting it, but it is simply an annoyance and does not mean that the Depo is not working. Amount and duration of bleeding is unpredictable but in time this will normally resolve and you may then have no bleeding at all for long stretches. Then we have a different conversation . . .
