Depends: It is not uncommon for young women to have changes in the frequency, duration or quality of their menses (periods). However, if you had unprotected sex 2wks+ ago, you can perform a home urine pregnancy test for reassurance. If you do not want to get pregnant now, and are not using a reliable method of contraception consistently, please see your clinician to start an effective contraceptive
