Vaginal yeast: Whether you have a vaginal yeast infection depends mostly on symptoms (usually itching, irritation, etc) and examination of vaginal fluid under a microscope. Often no discharge. Your vaginal pH is normal, but it's usually normal with yeast infections. If you don't have symptoms, you may not need treatment; yeast can often be seen in normal vaginal fluid. Discuss with your doctor.
