Ovulaiton/PMS: Vaginal discharge changes due to a preovulatory estrogen effect. There can be an increased volume of clear, stretchy, slippery mucus. The most common physical manifestations of premenstrual syndrome (PMS) are abdominal bloating and an extreme sense of fatigue. Other common symptoms include breast tenderness, headaches, hot flashes, and dizziness.
