Orthodontic hypotens: When we stand up our blood pressure falls. Normally ones, blood vessels will automatically constrict to increase the pressure and counteract the effects of gravity. It is possible that you ate dehydrated or hpovolumic and have a pronounced orthostaisis. Also possible is autonomic dysfunction. Get up slowly and make sure you are, hydrated. You should see a doctor if this happens frequently.
