May need Surgical w/: 28 y/o Female with on and off pain behind her navel while active at work; Now bloated for 3 days & sometime Nausea. Could be benign. Constipation? Though not a child, Intussusception of the intestine comes to mind w Intermittent, Severe, Colicky pain. Concerns about some kind of ventral/ umbilical hernia w/ w/o partial bowel obstruction. Even twisted ovary/ tube possible. May need Surgical work up
