Lubrication/sex: Lubrication is not needed during intercourse in healthy pre-menopausal females, as the hormone induce sufficient lubrication. sometimes antihistamines may dry out a bit. in post menopausal women due to lack of estrogen there is dryness. Use astroglide or KY gel not petroleum which also interferes with condom effectiveness.

Go natural: I suggest spending 15-20 minutes on mutual foreplay with verbal communication to the point that both you and your sexual partner are oozing or dripping sexual secretions: take your time. The use of water ( aqueous) based lubricants such as Astroglide or KY is another option. Lack of lubrication can cause soreness and/or chaffing to both partners. Communication is an excellent lubriciant.
