See below: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, the results suggest inflammation. Neither of these tests is specific for any disease and it would be prudent to discuss it with your doctor.

More info needed: I'd like to help, but there are at least a hundred separate medical conditions that could cause these lab test abnormalities. It's not unlike asking the cause of a fever. The likely causes will depend on other symptoms, physical exam by a health professional, and other lab tests. If you're not under a doctor's care, call for an appointment ASAP. Some of the possible causes are serious.
