Hi, i had a ct of my chest with and without contrast my results only showed asymmetric breast densities, greater on the left and im a male is this bad?

Could just be skin: fold shadows on the CT, though CTs are pretty sensitive to densities that can be differentiated. I would have a professional clinician examine you to see if there is breast tissue or augmentation going on... Though whether or not it is bad depends on what that clinician found...
