Does dairy weaken the immune system?

No: I have not heard any that dairy can weaken the immune system. Some people mostly young children have a hypersensitivity or allergy to milk protein. This does not effect other aspects of the immune response to pathogens (germs). There is also a condition of infancy in which milk can cause intestinal bleeding but that's transient.
