Get her therapy: Unless you are professionally trained to deal with these issues, it is best for both of you that she receives professional help.
I'm confident that together you can both work these issues out, and be a stronger couple for it.

TREATMENT: Most people with eating disorders have problems they aren't aware of. Psychotherapy can help one to understand how to deal with the problems rather than continue to jeprodize their health. Sometimes cognitive therapy is the answer, sometimes insight based therapy, sometimes both. Some psychiatrists and other therapists are experienced with eating disorders

Find a therapist: If you have insurance ask for names of psychologists who have experience with eating disorders. Call a therapist or a mental health clinic. Tell them about your problem ANS ask them questions. See if they feel supportive. If they do, schedule an initial appointment to discuss the problems you are having in depth. Then they will make recommendations for treatment options. Go ahead & make the call!
