I take sertraline, 50mg tabs one day, then 2x50mg tabs next day (75mg) my symptoms have been under-control for the past year but have begun to return.

Tolerance: Tolerance, (needing a higher dose for the same effect) can occur with SSRI's after 9 - 12 months or more. The solution is a higher dose or switch to a different antidepressant -even another SSRI will do.

Possible dose change: talk to your treating MD about possibly increasing to 100 mg. daily
