Yes: Women with Nexplanon will have a change from their normal menstrual bleeding pattern. These include changes in bleeding frequency (absent, less, more frequent or continuous), intensity (reduced or increased) or duration. 1 in 5 women will have more and/or prolonged bleeding. Day or night time bleeding doesn't matter.
