Nothing: These are common symptoms of being pregnant. The nausea can lead to vomiting and is often called morning sickness. This is usually due to the significant fluctuation in the hormones that help you keep your developing fetus doing well. Increased temperature is from increase in blood volume, which can increase more than 30%. Best of luck with your new bambino

Nausea: sounds a bit like morning sickness. The fever or temp increase not usually associated with that though. I'd see your OB, question your hydration status and sugar level and blood counts.
