Take a test: If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available at any pharmacy. The most reliable time to take it is if you missed your period. Consider starting birth control to avoid these scares.

Could be: Having unprotected sex puts you at risk for pregnancy and STIs/STDs. Best to have a plan for next time that protects from both. However, conception can only happen if there is ovulation. At other times in your cycle, you cannot get pregnant. If your period does not appear when expected, a pregnancy test is in order.
