Not much: Any injection hurts a bit, and some vaccines cause soreness a few days at the injection site. But it never hurts nearly as much as having meningitis or tetanus. If your doctor has recommended vaccination, do it. Good luck.

Yes: They are sticking a needle in your arm. But dying from tetanus or meningitis hurts much worse. Get your tetanus shot every at least every 10 years.
