Probably: There is no apparent complication of taking Nitrofurantoin and Imodium (loperamide). However at her age you must be careful in using Imodium (loperamide) as it can constipate easily so need to take it easy in using. What are you using it for and why is it needed? This is the question that I have no information about. If she has diarrhea with more than 6 stools daily and watery then need to be watched and seen. Hope helped.
