I got really bad knee pain same pain on my elbows or fingers at first they said the knee pain could be just growing pain but i highly doubt it?

Who is "they"?: You might have "growing pains", but these are usually limited to one leg at a time. There are several more worrisome things that could cause several joints to hurt, so you should definitely ask your parents to take you to a doctor to be tested for arthritis. Good luck!

Hard to say.: Growing pains are fairly uncommon in an 28 year old, you are right in that there is a possibility something else may be going on. You might want to request a referral to a rheumatologist for further testing.
