Worrisome: Paralysis is always a concerning symptom. I would recommend an examination by a primary care physician to do a full neurologic exam including deep tendon reflexes, grip strength, gait, muscle symmetry, etc. Given your age and no other history, I would want to rule out myasthenia gravis, among other common neuromuscular disorders possibly include blood work, imaging and EMG testing.
