If I understand: ...your timeline correctly, then having a normal period after unprotected sex is a reliable indicator that you aren't pregnant. It's also unlikely that you were fertile on the second day of your period. Occasional late periods are common. Rarely, they're late because conception occurred but the pregnancy didn't "take". Regardless, it's extremely unlikely that you're pregnant.
