Evaluation needed: Your Dr or an osteopath, chiropractor or physical therapist would be best able to evaluate the problem and provide appropriate treatment. If it is new or old will matter as will your recall of possible injury activities. It may be muscle strain impacting nerves or maybe traced back to a spine issue. In any case, seek an eval.
