Pregnant?: You can miss a period without being pregnant. Wait a week and then repeat the home pregnancy test.

Re do test: If you had unprotected sex since you last period, it would be prudent to repeat the test. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions carefully. If the result is negative, repeat the test in 4-5 days. Alternatively you could see your doctor for a blood that would be positive by now if you are pregnant.
