Retro' ejaculation?: You may be confusing orgasm with ejaculation of semen. A more "open" bladder neck has no effect on orgasm, but could result in retrograde (internal) ejaculation. Have you had surgery on your prostate or lower urinary tract? Or maybe taking Flomax® or similar drug? If so, you probably have a urologist. Discuss with him or her, or find a urologist now.
